The event took place at Lume Neobistro, at the end of February and was expertly hosted by Andrei Cibotaru (finewine.md), renowned wine blogger and wine expert.
During the event, guests were guided through an engaging and informative presentation on the intricacies of the Long Charmat Method, a process of prolonged maturation on lees for at least 6 months. Due to this process Long Charmat sparkling wines reveal a complex taste, a fine perlage and a creamy texture.

Radacini Long Charmat Method range consists of two sparkling wines:
- Blanc de Blancs - of a rare elegance, surprises with expressive aromas of orchard fruits, nuanced by subtle note of white flowers. Its palate is extremely fresh, with long lasting finish with crisp acidity.
- Blanc de Noirs - created using the "Blanc de Noir" method is distinguished by aromas of fresh red fruits, a round, well bodied but fine taste.
