These Terms and Conditions set the rules governing the interaction between “Radacini Wines” S.R.L. and any user of the website www.radacini.md, including the purchase of products/services through the online store.
By accessing the site, users accept the use of online services on www.radacini.md. When placing an online order for any product/service, the user is considered a customer of “Radacini Wines” S.R.L.
To use this site appropriately, we recommend reading these terms and conditions carefully. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to these provisions, as well as to the site content, without prior notice to users.
1. General Provisions
To access the website or purchase products/services via the online store, the user must be at least 18 years old.
When purchasing through www.radacini.md, the company complies with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, including:
- Consumer Protection Law No. 105 from 13.03.2003
- E-commerce Law No. 284-XV from 22.07.2004
- Law No. 1100 from 30.06.2000 on the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products
- Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data
- other relevant legal regulations.
2. Protection of Personal Data
By independently filling in personal data on www.radacini.md, users explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data.
Personal data may include: first and last name, home address, phone number, email address, location data, IP address, facial photo, habits and preferences, online identifiers, and any other information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a physical person.
These data will be used solely for site administration and services offered, including but not limited to:
- Fulfilling orders and delivering products
- Responding to inquiries or suggestions
- Improving the site and our services/products, including through Google Analytics and cookies
- Contacting users regarding our services/products and sending notifications or newsletters
- Statistical analysis
Radacini Wines S.R.L. strictly follows Moldova’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 133 from 08.07.2011. Data will not be disclosed to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law (e.g., public authorities, law enforcement, courts).
If users suffer damage or loss from the use of the site due to violations of data usage laws by Radacini Wines S.R.L., the company will be held accountable according to Moldovan law.
3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

- Orders placed on the website, creating a Radacini Club account, or shopping at the Radacini store (in person or by phone)

You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter, deleting your account, or sending written notice to the company. In such cases, your personal data will no longer be processed.
Data related to placed orders and needed for issuing fiscal invoices will be kept in the accounting archive for at least 10 years (as per the Fiscal Code).

4. Order Registration and Payment
Orders can be paid by card or in cash. A fiscal receipt confirming payment will be provided upon delivery.
5. Product/Service Delivery
After an order is placed, the customer is informed of the estimated delivery date. Customers can also leave a comment regarding their preferred delivery time.
Delivery times may be extended in isolated cases (e.g., bad weather, holidays, technical issues). Customers will be notified in such cases.
Delivery can be made to any address: home, office, or other – with no additional fees. One address per order is accepted. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, place separate orders.
Delivery is available within the municipality of Chișinău.
Typically, products are delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM arrive within 24 hours; orders after 12:00 PM will arrive within 48 hours.
If the customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time, a call will be made to the phone number provided. If the customer still cannot be reached, the order will be held for 3 business days and another delivery attempt will be made. After that, the order will be canceled.
Upon receiving the products, please check the packaging and ensure you receive the fiscal receipt in the courier’s presence. Claims made afterward about damaged packaging or missing receipt will not be accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
Radacini Wines S.R.L. owns all intellectual property rights over the content of this website, including but not limited to: logos, trademarks, images, text, photos, audio/video materials, as well as the site’s code and interface.
This website may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any form, fully or partially, without express permission from Radacini Wines S.R.L.
By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals via the website, you agree that these become the property of Radacini Wines S.R.L. and you waive any right to compensation.
